Do Plume pods bridge tagged VLAN packets?
Yes, Plume Pods allow transparent passing of VLAN tagged and untagged frames while in bridge mode because our Pods act as a switch themselves, they are discarding BPDU packets that are received. These are the packets STP uses to build it's network and detect loops. At the moment we don't pass STP.
Network configuration: Modem-> Router-> Multiple switches -> Pods
For example: You have multiple switches and configured VLAN's on those switches. If you connect Plume Pods to those switches, they will allow VLAN frames to be properly routed between the switches.
