Each Plume pod has an LED light that indicates its status:
Pulsing light: A slow pulsing light means that the Pod is trying to connect to the Plume Cloud. It may take 2-3 minutes to connect when being plugged in.
Blinking light: Two short blinks at a time means that Plume is optimizing your network to give you the speeds you need in your home. Optimizations may take 5 to 10 minutes each.
Solid light when you plug in a Pod: Occurs for a few seconds when you first plug in the Pod. If no solid light is seen, your Pod might not be receiving power from the outlet. Make sure that your Pod is plugged into a working outlet.
Please note that the Pod light is off when your Plume Pod is connected and working.
When the Pod light is on or flashing, please do not unplug the Pod unless you're instructed to do so.
