Orders placed at plumewifi.com/store include a 60-day money back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You can contact Plume Support at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return and refund. If your return is approved, a return shipping label will be sent via email within 1 business day.
We will give you a full refund upon receipt of the returned items, as long as the return was initiated 60 days from shipping date and returned in its original packaging. Package must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of the return request.
It will take 4-7 business days for your return and refund to be processed once the fulfillment center receives it. We will immediately begin processing your refund once we receive your items. It will take 2 to 5 days for your items to get to the fulfillment center. Take note that it may take your financial institution an additional 2-10 business days to credit your card.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
All Pods come with a one-year warranty so if one of your Pods is defective, we will send you a replacement free-of-charge. You can contact Support to initiate the return and exchange.
Plume will not be able to process returns for Pods that were not purchased on our web store. Please contact the retailer for information on their return policy.
