If you did not receive a verification email from Plume, access your Plume App and verify that you entered the correct email address. If it is correct, click on the "Resend Verification Email" link.
If your email address was entered incorrectly, click on the "Back" link to set up Plume with the correct email address.
Please check your other folders (spam, promotion, junk) for the Plume verification email. If you are using an email program or app (outlook, mail, gmail, thunderbird), check the web portal for your email provider in case the other folders did not synce with your app.
If possible, try using any secondary email to setup account.
