The Plume Cloud monitors the operating temperature of all connected Pods. When the internal Pod temperature hits 100 degree Celsius and above (higher than the external temperature), the Pod shuts off before heat can reach levels that would present a safety concern. The Pods will automatically restart when a suitable operating temperature is reached.
To help prevent overheating, avoid placing Pods behind furniture or where airflow is obstructed. Also, try to avoid placing Pods in an area where the ambient temperature may be too warm or where they will receive extended periods of direct sunlight.
If you still have concerns about the temperature of your Pods, please feel free to contact our support team so they can confirm everything is working as it should.
